Order processing time: Parts (necks, soundboards, backboards, fretboards, machines, drawings, tools, books, etc.), ship same day. Mandolin kits are processed on a made-to-order basis, so please allow 10 work days for preparation and delivery.

Trouble printing or downloading order form? Simply prepare a letter or document with the same information requested by our order form and contact us by email, phone, or regular mail.

Prices: Please note that our prices are subject to change without advance notice. As a courtesy, we will honor prices from the most previous pricelist for a period of 30 days.

email Security: Concerned about emailing us your credit card info? You can call us with your card information, or your can reduce any risk by sending us TWO emails, one day apart. On the first email, include the first eight digits of your credit card number along with expiration date and email it to siminoff@siminoff.net. On the second day, send the second eight digits of the number along with your security code (the last three digits of the number stamped in the signature block on the back of your card) and email it to kali@siminoff.net. And, be sure to tell us which numbers are which!
